The problem

The old dealership site looked outdated and felt heavy. Users found it hard to compare car specs, try out colors, or fill out booking forms, which led to lost leads for local dealerships.

What I changed

  • Brand Refresh & New Palettes: Created a modern visual style and color palettes to give the brand a tech-focused, premium look.

  • Better First Impression: Redesigned the main hero section so key car specs (engine, horsepower, body type) and starting prices are instantly visible.

  • Interactive Color Selection: Built an easy-to-use visualizer so users can preview car colors with a single click.

  • Simplified Test-Drive Booking: Turned the long multi-step form into a quick, easy booking flow to lower drop-off rates.

Results

  • Higher Conversion to Test-Drive: Simplified booking forms and clear action buttons made it much easier for users to book test drives.

  • Design Consistency: Created a scalable design system that unified the visual style across all car models.
