The problem

The goal was to build a full resale platform from scratch with no initial branding or design guides. The main challenge was to quickly test product-market fit, create a scalable design system, and make a smooth shopping experience that turns users into buyers.

What I did

  • From 0 to MVP: Created a design system, UI style guides, and a Figma component library to keep all screens consistent.

  • Research & Testing: Ran user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing with real people to test key ideas.

  • Checkout Redesign: Redesigned the checkout to make buying easier, which grew daily orders from 60 to 100.

  • Teamwork: Worked closely with developers for smooth launches and collaborated with marketing to meet business goals.
